Watch your login screen!
No, I'm not crazy... you really should spend an extra second watching the login screen - your character will do an appropriate animation for your class; in my case, shooting a bow:

While this is pretty cool, I'd have rather had them add more character slots, and/or the ability to change the order in which characters are listed here.
I noticed this back on the PTR for 4.0.1 and thought it was awesome back then as well... and I still do! I sometimes stay a bit longer on the character selection screen nowadays, just waiting for that animation before I log in. :)
